An offline installer is a complete, self-contained executable file that contains all the necessary components to install the software without any external downloads. It is typically much larger (100MB–500MB) than the web installer but offers total autonomy.

Copy the downloaded .msi or executable file to a secure external storage device (such as a scanned USB drive). Transfer the installer file to your offline workstation. Double-click the installer file to launch the setup wizard.
Telerik JustDecompile is even in the offline installer. You do not need a commercial Telerik DevCraft license to use the core features. Advanced features (like the Visual Studio plugin) may require a license key.
